What I learnt from my cab driver

Inspired by - Mani

In the software industry, we often have dependencies. Sometimes, we may often miss some important days. I missed my plan to be at home for my b'day, but the project manager convinced to reschedule my leave plan. If you are a work harder, without your notice a dependency will be created. This was happened when I am at low hierarchical level, there were no one below, and above me, there was only one hierarchical head.

When things have changed, now we have 3-4 hierarchies. Even, when one of the team member was not available, we should run the show. This one of the lesson taught by my upper hierarchy.

Coming to my cab driver, I need to board the cab at my stop by 9:20 AM. On one day, the cab struck in the traffic, he intimated me to catch the former cab and he called the cab driver and intimated the same.
One-time, I missed the first cab, immediately the information has passed to another cab driver, and he picked up me.

I wonder, even we educated bachelor's degree, we couldn't maintain this at our projects, but we should learn theirs seamless handover in picking up the passenger and ensuring them to reach the destination on time, irrespective of who attended the passenger. The show runs without disconnect.

So what I learn from them?
# A dedication over your job, that makes them to look out of options.
# A good rap between the fellows, to help you in need.
# A good understanding of your fellowships, who can take the handover.
# Finally, the show never stops, whether you're there or not.

Broken love stories -1

Influenced by - Teaching Fish Institute.

It was my busy days lot Engineering. With the provocation of my friend, I joined in a spoken English class. It was memorable days, we used to enjoy th every class. Each day we have a surprise with new things.

We learnt Surangani song one day ; we used to frame sentences in English, and I remember the silly question I asked to a woman. "Do you love me?" She replied, No, I am already married; I sung my second song, Appudo Ippudo from Bommarillu, on the stage; Delivered a dialogues of Pawan Kalyan, in the acting of Boat Survival with Captain.

One day, the new tutor stepped in, as his first, he started with gimme your introduction. We completed our turns one after one. Then he dogged deep us into the personal things, the turn awaiting for a thin and lean body, with white shirt waving like a flag on his body. He has smooth hair, I still remember he wear the sports shoes, that makes him odd from the group.

The question was this? Are you loving somebody? The lean boy replied yes. The tutor crossed his another question on him, when you will get marry? He replied, No, I can't marry her. We all looked puzzled, the question of why already gave work to every mind's in the class. In the last year, she died. A Hiroshima atom bomb exploded in our hearts, but silence spread in the class. There after no more words. But my gaze didn't went from him.

It was the first broken story, I heard. And also it was my inspiration in writing first story in this blog. Have a read.
