"I woke up joyfully and actively in the morning to start my day. I dressed up with a Red Shirt and a Khaki Short, wearing my badge on the right hand biceps. I prayed to the God before my work and listed my wishes in-front of Him.

It is a 3 km drive from my home to the destination, I parked my vehicle and waved the people who encountered on my way. I like to greet the people with a smile.

I am a railway coolie at Vysarpadi Station. I am standing on the platform No.1 and near to exit gate of the station. I have been eagerly waiting for a call, but none of the them had called me. I see a mixture of age groups who have been walking towards me with a trolley. A few of them, have been carrying luggage more than their weight, with both the hands and dragging towards me, I couldn't take my eyes from bags.
I have asked few of them, but so many has denied to take help of this coolie. I have been staring at the each bag that crossing me without help of mine. When all the travelers crossed me, a drop of tear turned down from my eyes. I have been cursing Him, for not fulfilling my wishes, but at the end I have been praying again to show me the way. I don't know any work other than this."

I have been observing the railway coolie from the window by sitting inside the train, I see wet eyes, for his urge to help the people in luggage. I observe where his under work has been soon vanishing as the style of luggage we are using has been changed from hand suitcases to trolley, the pavements have been made flat, lifts are rolling up and down at the corner and there are ease to drag the luggage by the pulley.
Even I wonder why in some railway stations there will be an escalator to go up but not the down(I go by train from Tamabaram, where there is an escalator to go up but not the down), then I thought myself, may be the government have foresee that the railway coolie should be live up their job. The ease of work innovations will put so many jobs at stake, and not all the innovations will help everybody.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">After so long back, I have been writing this Love Story. Instead of saying Love Story, I say, this is the story after the love.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Love Blossoms....
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

We don't know when the Love will stuck to our heart. But that is the time, you see the real in you. I say, you will live as the real person. And that is special. Because love digs out both the best and bad in you.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The little things always come in place for the queen; the rain drizzles, the moon brightness, the hand-in-hand walks, every things seems too cherish and feel be to live in the same utopia forever.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">But the god decides the other way, I know, 99.99% of the love stories will fail. Sorry, the love will never fail, only the people will fail in love. What ever may be the reason,
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Whoever the girl I see, You are there.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Wherever the place I go, You stand my side.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Whatever the dreams I dive, You will be with me.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Whatever I eat, You share me the half.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Whatever I talk, your name die at the end of the lips,
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">But why you have gone, still the mystery for me. Why we apart, still unknown.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Will you come back? Will we re-unite?? May be not in this time, I will re-born the life till I meet you?
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">I have been waiting for you...... forever.

I have completed my office work and on the way to home. I caught my bus from the near by bus stop. I took the last row in the bus and sat at the center seat.

In the next stop, an old man wearing a white dhoti and shirt with a red bag on his shoulders and old slippers on the foot inquired the bus conductor, whether it will go to PTC?

Yes, the conductor said.

The bus started from the stop and the old man also sat on one of the empty seat.

Again he inquired what is the charge for bus? It's nine rupees.

He was in bit disgust and took two twenty rupee notes. He counted it for 2 times.

He is very sad that he was spending the more on the bus, which I read from his space. Finally he gave one twenty rupee note to the conductor. The conductor gave him back the ticket with a change. He murmured and few curses about his fortune and stating through the window of the bus.

I have witnessed all the emotions sitting at the back seat in the bus. I thought like, whether he earned only that two twenty rupee notes for the day(forty rupees) and spent on the bus. How could he eat for the day with the remaining money?

In the mean time, my gaze fell on the near by, where the guy, around his late 20's, with a bluetooth head set over his head, a branded messenger bag on his side and puma shoes on the foot rolling his head to the music. He had put the mobile phone so close to his face and watching the video song.

He took out two hundred rupees note from the pocket and asked to give a ticket to the PTC.

Conductor asked for a change.

He took the head set from one of the ear and asked again.

CHANGE??

He put back the headset and nodded the head from side to side.

The conductor murmured about the big notes & also about the guy who boarded without a change.

He charged more than his stop and returned the ticket and change.

The bus reached the bus stop and both were stepped out from the bus. They crossed over each other and started to walk in the opposite directions.

In the software industry, we often have dependencies. Sometimes, we may often miss some important days. I missed my plan to be at home for my b'day, but the project manager convinced to reschedule my leave plan. If you are a work harder, without your notice a dependency will be created. This was happened when I am at low hierarchical level, there were no one below, and above me, there was only one hierarchical head.

When things have changed, now we have 3-4 hierarchies. Even, when one of the team member was not available, we should run the show. This one of the lesson taught by my upper hierarchy.

Coming to my cab driver, I need to board the cab at my stop by 9:20 AM. On one day, the cab struck in the traffic, he intimated me to catch the former cab and he called the cab driver and intimated the same.
One-time, I missed the first cab, immediately the information has passed to another cab driver, and he picked up me.

I wonder, even we educated bachelor's degree, we couldn't maintain this at our projects, but we should learn theirs seamless handover in picking up the passenger and ensuring them to reach the destination on time, irrespective of who attended the passenger. The show runs without disconnect.

So what I learn from them?
# A dedication over your job, that makes them to look out of options.
# A good rap between the fellows, to help you in need.
# A good understanding of your fellowships, who can take the handover.
# Finally, the show never stops, whether you're there or not.

It was my busy days lot Engineering. With the provocation of my friend, I joined in a spoken English class. It was memorable days, we used to enjoy th every class. Each day we have a surprise with new things.

We learnt Surangani song one day ; we used to frame sentences in English, and I remember the silly question I asked to a woman. "Do you love me?" She replied, No, I am already married; I sung my second song, Appudo Ippudo from Bommarillu, on the stage; Delivered a dialogues of Pawan Kalyan, in the acting of Boat Survival with Captain.

One day, the new tutor stepped in, as his first, he started with gimme your introduction. We completed our turns one after one. Then he dogged deep us into the personal things, the turn awaiting for a thin and lean body, with white shirt waving like a flag on his body. He has smooth hair, I still remember he wear the sports shoes, that makes him odd from the group.

The question was this? Are you loving somebody? The lean boy replied yes. The tutor crossed his another question on him, when you will get marry? He replied, No, I can't marry her. We all looked puzzled, the question of why already gave work to every mind's in the class. In the last year, she died. A Hiroshima atom bomb exploded in our hearts, but silence spread in the class. There after no more words. But my gaze didn't went from him.

It was the first broken story, I heard. And also it was my inspiration in writing first story in this blog. Have a read.

A small idea was stroked in my mind after reading the "Sri Veera Bhrahma Charitra", a future fore-teller, why cant we share his writings. I am in mid of his story book now, but before that I thought to share my previous quotes read from the book.

I chose Chanakya as first to share his quotes.

Following are the quotes I like from his book.
* Test a servant while in the discharge of his duty, a relative in difficulty, a friend in adversity, and a wife in misfortune.

*
He is a true friend who doesn't forsake us in time of need, misfortune,
famine, or war, in a King's court , or at the crematorium.

* Untruthfulness, Rashness, Guile, Stupidity, Avarice, Uncleanliness and Cruelty are a Woman's seven natural flaws.

* She is a true wife who is clean , expert, chaste, pleasing to the husband, and truthful.

*
He whose hands are clean does not like to hold an office; he who
desires nothing cares not for bodily decorations; he who is only
partially educated cannot speak agreeably, and he who speaks out plainly
cannot be deceiver.

* There is no disease as lust ; no enemy like infatuation; no fire like wrath, and no happiness like spiritual knowledge.

*
These five are your father's; he who gave you birth, girdled you with
sacred thread, teaches you, provides you with food, and protects you
from fearful situation's.

* These five should be considered as
mothers, the King's wife, the preceptors wife, the friends wife, your
wife's mother, and your own mother.

* The king, the brahmana, and the ascetic yogi who go abroad are respected; but the woman who wanders is utterly ruined.

* Learn one thing from a lion, one from a crane, four a cock, five from a crow, six from a dog, and three from an ass.

*
The one excellent thing that can be learned from a lion is that
whatever a man intends doing should be done by him with a whole hearted
and strenuous effort.

* To wake at the proper time; to take a
bold stand and fight; to make a fair decision (of property) among
relations; and to earn ones own bread by personal exertion are the four
excellent things to be learned from a cock.

* Union in
privacy(with ones wife); boldness; storing away useful items;
watchfulness; and not easily trusting others; these are the five things
are to be learned from a crow.

* Contentment with little or
nothing to eat although one may have a great appetite, to awaken
instantly although one may be in a deep slumber; unflinching devotion to
the master; and bravery ; these are the six qualities should be learned
from the dog.

* Although an ass is tired, he continues to carry
his burden; he is unmindful of cold and heat; and he is always
contented; these three things should be learned from the ass.

* A
wise man should not reveal his loss of wealth, the vexation of his
mind, the misconduct of his own wife, base words spoken by others, and
disgrace that has broken him.

* To whose son is obedient to him,
whose wife's conduct is in accordance with his wishes , and who is
content with his riches, has his heaven here on earth.

* Don't
reveal what you have thought upon doing , but by wise counsel keep it
secret, being determined to carry it into execution.

* Those
parents who do not educate their sons are their enemies; for as is a
crane among swans, so are ignorant sons Ina public assembly.

*
Many a bad habit is developed through over indulgence, and many good one
by chastisement, therefore beat your son as well as your pupil; never
indulge them. (Spare the rod, spoil the child).

* Lakshmi, the
Goddess of wealth, comes of Her own accord where fools are not
respected, grain is well stored up, and the husband and wife do not
quarrel.

* Fondle a son until he is five years of age, and use
stick for another ten years, but when he is attained his sixteenth year
treat him as a friend.

* Religious austerities should be
practised alone, study by two, and singing by three. A journey should be
undertaken by four, agriculture by five, and war by many together.

*
Constant travel brings old age upon a man, a horse becomes old by being
constantly tied up, lack of sexual conduct with her husband brings old
age upon a woman, and garments become old through being left in the sun.

*
As gold is tested in four ways by rubbing , cutting, heating and
beating -- so a man should be tested by these four things: his
renunciation, his conduct, his qualities and his actions.

*
Religion is preserved by wealth; knowledge by diligent practice, a k8ng
by conciliatory words , and a home by a dutiful house wife.

* A
wise man should not reveal his loss of wealth,the vexation of his mind,
the misconduct of his own wife, base words spoken by others , and
disgrace that has befallen him.

* He who gives up shyness in monetary dealings, in acquiring knowledge, in eating and in business , becomes happy.

*
Do not let your foot touch the fire, the spiritual master or a brahmana
; it must never touch a cow, a virgin, a n old person or a child.

*
Conciliate a strong man by submission, a wicked man by opposition, and
the one whose power is equal to yours by politeness or force.

* O wise man! Give your wealth only to the worthy and never to the others.

*
After having rubbed oil on the body, after encountering the smoke from a
funeral pyre, after sexual intercourse, and after being shaved , one
remains a chandala until he bathes.

* Water is the medicine for
indigestion; it is invigorating when the food that is eaten is well
digested; it is like nectar when drunk in the middle of a dinner, and it
is like poison when taken at the end of a meal.

* Knowledge is
lost without putting into practice; a man is lost due to ignorance, an
army is lost without a commander; and a woman is lost without a husband.

*
A man who encounters the following three is unfortunate; the death of
his wife in his old age, the entrusting of money into the hands of
relatives, depending upon others for food.

* There is no
austerity equal to balanced mind, and there is no happiness equal to
contentment, there is no disease like covetousness and no virtue like
mercy.

* Beauty is spoiled by an immoral nature, noble birth by
bad conduct, learning, without being perfected, and wealth by not being
properly utilised.

* The student, the servant, the traveller, the
hungry person, the frightened man, the treasury guard, and the steward ;
these seven ought to be awakened if they fall asleep.

* The
serpent, the king, the tiger, the stinging wasp, the small child, the
dog owned by other people and the fool; these seven ought not to be
awakened from sleep.

* He who neither raises fear by his anger,
nor confers a favour when he is pleased can neither control nor protect.
What can he do?

* Poverty is set off by fortitude; shabby
garments by keeping them clean, bad food by warming it, and ugliness by
good behaviour.

* What is it that escapes the observation of
poets? What is that act women are incapable of doing? What will drunken
people not prate? What will not crow eat?

* Generosity, pleasing address, courage and property of conduct are not acquired, but are inbred qualities.

*
He who is engrossed in family life will never acquire knowledge, there
can be no mercy in the eater of flesh, the greedy man will not be
truthful:; and purity will not be found in a woman or a hunter.

*
The student(brahmachari) should completely renounce the following eight
things, -- his lust, anger, greed,desire for sweets, sense of
decorating the body, excessive curiosity, excessive sleep, and excessive
endeavor of bodily maintenance.

* The brahmana who is engrossed in wordly affairs, brings up cows and is engaged in trade is really called a vaishya.

*
He is a blessed grahastha(householder) in whose house there is a
blissful atmosphere, whose sons are talented, whose wife speaks sweetly,
whose wealth is enough to satisfy his desires, who finds pleasure in
the company of his wife, whose servants are obedient, in whose house
hospitality shown, the auspicious Supreme Lord is worshipped daily,
delicious food and drink is partaken, and who finds joy in the company
of devotees.

* Those men who are happy in this world, who are
generous towards their relatives, kind to strangers, indifferent to the
wicked, loving to the good, shrewd I'm their dealings with the base,
Frank with the learned, courageous with enemies, humble with elders and
stern with wife.

* One indeed becomes blessed by having darshan
of a devotee; for the devotee has the ability to purify immediately,
where as the sacred tirtha gives purity only after prolonged contact.

*
The house in which the lotus feet of brahamanas are not washed, in
which vedic mantras are not loudly recited , and in which the holy rites
of svaha(sacrificial offerings to the Supreme Lord) and swadha
(offerings to the ancestors) are not performed; is like crematorium.

*
He who regards as another's wife as his mother, the wealth that does
not belong to him as a lump of mud, and the pleasure and pain of all
other living beings as his own -- truly sees things in the right
perspective, and he is true pandit.

* Realised learning(vidya) is
our friend while travelling, the wife is a friend at home, medicine is
the friend of a sick man, and meritorious deeds are the friend of death.

*
Courtesy should be learned from princess, the art of conversation from
pandits, lying should be learned from gamblers, and deceitful ways
should be learned from women.

* The unthinking spender, the
homeless urchin, the quarrel monger, the man who neglects his wife and
is heedless in his actions -- all these will soon come to ruination.

*
The wise man should not be anxious about his food, he should be anxious
to be engaged only in dharma(Krishna consciousness). The food of each
man is created for him at his birth.

* He who is not shy in the acquisition of wealth, grain, and knowledge and in taking his meals , will be happy.

*
It certainly is nature of demigods, men of good character, and parents
to be easily pleased, Near and distant relatives are pleased when they
are hospitably received with bathing, food and drink; and pandits are
pleased with an opportunity for giving spiritual discourse.

*
Even as the unborn babe is in the womb of his mother, these five are
fixed as his life destiny, his life span, his activities, his
acquisition of wealth and knowledge, and his time of death.

* As a calf follows it's mother among a thousand cows, so the (good and bad) deeds of a man follow him.

* Poverty , disease, sorrow, imprisonment and other evils are the fruits borne by the tree of one's own sins.

*
Oil on water, a secret communicated to the base man, a gift given to
the worthy receiver, and scriptural instruction given to an intelligent
man spread out by virtue of their nature.

* We should not feel
pride in our charity , austerity, valour, scriptural knowledge, modesty
and morality for the world is full of rarest gems.

* We should
always speak what would please the man of whom we expect a favour., Like
the hunter who sings sweetly when he desires to shoot a deer.

*
It is ruinous to be familiar with the king, fire, the religious
preceptor, and a woman. To be altogether indifferent to them is to be
deprived of the opportunity to benefit ourselves, hence our association
with them must be from a safe distance.

* We should always deal
cautiously with fire, water, women, foolish people, serpents, and
members of royal family, for they may, when the occasion presents
itself, at once bring about our death.

* If you wish to gain
control of the world by the performance of a single deed, then keep the
following fifteen, which are prone to wander here and there, from
getting the upper hand of you: the five sense objects (objects of sight
sound, smell, taste and touch):; the five sense organs(ears, eyes, nose,
tongue, and skin) and organs of activity(hands, legs, mouth, genitals
and anus).

* One single object (a woman) appears in three
different ways: to the man who practises austerity it appears as a
corpse, to the sensual it appears as a woman, and to the dogs as a lump
of flesh.

* A wise man should not divulge the formula of a
medicine which he has well prepared; an act of charity which he has
performed ; domestic conflicts; private affairs with his wife; poorly
managed food he may have been offered; or slang he may have heard.

*
There are 2 ways to get rid of throns and wicked persons ; using foot
wear in the first place and in the second shaming them so that they
cannot raise their faces again thus keeping them at a distance.

*
He who wears unclean garments, has dirty teeth, is a glutton, speaks
unkindly, and sleeps after sunrise -- although he may be greatest
personality, - will lose the favour of Lakshmi.

* A true meal is
that which consists of the remnants left after a brahmana's meal. Love,
which is shown to others, is true love, not that which is cherished for
one's own self, to abstain from sin is true wisdom. That is an act of
charity, which is performed without ostentation.

* Sastric
(scriptural) knowledge is unlimited, and the arts to be learned are
many, the time we have is short, and our opportunities to learn are
beset with obstacles. Therefore select for learning that which is most
important , just as swan drinks only the milk in water.

* (Lord
Vishnu asked His spouse Lakshmi why She did not care to live in the
house of a brahmana's. She replied). O Lord a rishi named agastta drank

Inspired By - Salt Mango Tree, Malayalam Movie.

After becoming a parent to a child, there are unlimited list of things to do, Planning for the Future, Health Care, Child Education, his/her marriage etc., Lets set aside the remaining things, there was a race for the school education now. I saw a post in FB, where the fees for an LKG student was 2 Lakhs per year, where my graduation fees was 22,500 per year.

Standing in a long queue, parents interview, mandatory English, I am not sure what more else they need from the parents. Is it only the education, the children needs??

After all, it is capability of the child who takes the knowledge into their minds. I don't remember the lessons what they taught me in the school education, literally they are burden of my age. Whatever I learnt that it is only after my schooling/college.

Even in office, there are wide varieties of schooling background, some people schooled at Govt, Some are from private, but who learned from the Govt schools are more skillful than Private schools.

Apart, education becomes 24X7 service, no holidays, missing family functions are the damn core problems.

And finally here is the expected calculation of total expenditure on child - 67 lakhs as per TOI.

0-4 years: Rs 6.2 lakh
5-8 years: Rs 6.9 lakh
9-12 years: Rs 8.4 lakh
13-16 years: Rs 10.5 lakh
17-21 years: Rs 35.4 lakh

I completely agree that our next generation will have the master minds to achieve anything, but at what cost.

Met the doctor laxmi for the final check up. She insisted to join into the hospital within a couple of days. But we weren't ready. After a day thinking and suggestions, the next day we turned up to the hospital by 6 PM.

We took the first floor, 2B room. There was a one single bed of slim size and another bed of tall height of medium size, mostly not suitable for the patients. We confirmed that was the bed for the visitors.

Jan 19th, 12.00 AM.
The first pill was given to the patient and the nurses sent the remaining people out. Hearing only the sounds of radiology, seems like someone trying to find the missing aliens. The nurse called back those who were standing out after half an hour.

They found a white box newly in their room . Oh acha, pehle suna wo sounds iss se aaye (Oh, the previously heard sounds came from this box!!!).

Everyone got ready for their snaps except the patient. She was in utter confusion and a fear ran over her spine.

Jan 20th 04:00 AM.
Someone knocked the door. The nurses came back to give the second dose. But this time they didn't send anyone to outside.

They applied a gel on the stomach and a handler has made to run over on the stomach by clockwise and then anti clockwise. They trying to find the particular sound, but it was not easy. After a struggle, a lub-dub sound screaming from the chatter box. The graph rate was around 130 beats per second and paper coming out by noting down all the beats without an escape.
That is my love at first sight.

Jan 20th 09:00 AM
Because of the long tiredness and sleeplessness, I took a long nap than usual. After the satisfying my hungry, I returned back to the hospital.

Jan 20th 03:00 PM
After coming to the hospital, I stunned after seeing my wife. She is not same when I looked in the morning. Her eyes covered with half black circles, her hair scattered and stands on the air, she just sat half bed by half legs out. By the time, we are expecting the delivery pains to be started and there was no clue for it.

Jan 20th 04:30 PM
A nurse came in her dark blue navy dress insisted the patient to come up to the second floor for the check up. My wife with her body weight carrying another baby slowly ramped to the lift. In another few minutes, the same nurse came back and asked us to give the three Saree's and a coconut oil.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law started the prayers and I followed them.

Jan 20th 05:00 PM
Another news bought by the sister, doctor want us to come to the second floor. A fear rolled in our hearts, and heart beats like a drum.

We and in-laws went to the second floor. The doctor wear the green dress which fit for the operation theatre. She boldly said, I am doing the C-section as there was no clue of expected labour pains.
With a shock, we turn our heads and faced each other. After a pause, I said Ok Doctor. She closed the door and we came back to pay the fare.

Jan 20th 05:30 PM
We got another news from the same nurse, the patient wants to see us. We took the steps and went as soon as possible.
My wife stood at the operation theatre main door. As soon as she saw us, she broke into long tears. We made to sit her near by chair and boosted up her courage. We just wiped the tears and asked us, do this for the baby. Don't you want the baby boy? She countered us, No, I need a baby girl. We waved and sent back to the OT.

Jan 20th 06:10 PM
After she went, a thousand of thoughts passed over our little minds. Everyone prays for god. But my gut feels different, it is not different from the morning. I don't know the feeling of it. It started roaring until it hears a baby cry. The butterflies in my stomach flies away after the pediatrician came us and poured the news into our ears that you had a baby girl, baby cried and everything was normal. For this good news, we have been waiting for the 39 weeks 5 days. We counted each and every second.

Jan 20th 07:30 PM
The room filled with the recent graduates, where fathers and mothers became grand fathers and mothers and my wife as a MOTHER and also helped me to graduated as a FATHER.

I had made some stuff using the glass, which is art on reusable. Here is the link, if you missed.
http://short-n-chweet.blogspot.in/2016/06/art-on-reusable-items.html

Now I made few things with the Plastic.

Reusable 1 : I used to get the eggs in a carry bag from provision shop. Unfortunately, sometimes the eggs fall and breaks. So I thought why not, I could make a Egg holder. This is the paper box inside with racks to hold the eggs.

Egg Holder

Every time I replace the kitchen racks with the news papers. And it tears soon. Now I replaces with the large plastic cover bags, which has been cut into the lengthy news paper size to fill the racks.
I have used Sarvana Stores Carry Bags.

Plastic Covers can be used for the racks.

If you have different colored plastic bags, you can make these beautiful flowers. Try your combination, its really worth.
Cooking Vessel Mesh

Please re-use the plastic, the soil fertility has already decreased due to this thin material. In every house hold, we can re-use the plastic.

Tips:
1. Carry a bag while you go to the shop, to decrease the plastic bags usage.
2. If it is one/ two items, which could carry by hand, please say NO to the plastic covers.

He/She is composition of all emotions. Based on the learnings in his life time, one followed their heart, it may do a good or sometimes bad.

I am here, a little bad things we do, even you are true good man/woman. Hope, we should change.

This was happened when I went to hyderabad. It was during summer, it almost hits 45 degrees. I planned to go to a shopping near by MNC corridor. Before that, I went to a small vendor, who is serving a chill butter milk. I ordered a butter milk and soothening myself by dehydrating my body. A couple of other people order the same and completed their drink before me. One has offered a tear 20 rupees note, she smoothly rejected the guy, and ask him please give the other note.

After he went, she is sharing her trouble with us. Two weeks before, some one gave the same tear 50 rupees note to me, I didn't see it. I have a great trouble to change that note. Nobody took the note nor I couldn't go to bank leaving my shop, Just think yourself, you are all well educated people, is it right for you to do like this?

It hit me hard so badly, I did the same, a couple a times. When the bus conductors offered me a tear note and I circulated it at some other places.

It is human tendency, that good for good and bad to bad. I thought like why we couldn't stop this at the root itself. There after, I simply rejected taking the tear notes, and If I mistakenly got it, I am collecting those notes and exchanging from the banks.

I thought a lesson for the day and I gave a good 20 rupees note, without a tear to her and returned.

Hope I conveyed it good and it is the time for you to do good.

This is the story of my son, she revealed which is well known to her. It costs his life & love. Now running small business and newly got married.

I came while she cursing her daughter in law, she is not at all clean and tidy. Not even take her plate after the meal. Roams around while there was utensils cleaning. Bad at cooking. The list is not enough.

Then she started about her son's ex. She used to come here, she is 5.6 tall and fair enough and all the goodness is in her attitude. Even she is from high class, she always mingle with others. She takes the plate after her meal. Used to ask to me to wear nice Sarees. She asked for a help on one day, on her assurance, lending some huge amount to her friend. But he never asks her.

I could see those blinking and storming eyes while she describing her. Then I provoked to tell the story.

One day, my son got a call from unknown number. They passed the message that your father was met with an accident. He ran to the spot as soon as he can. His father was in the trauma while he reach there. They admitted him to the nearest hospital. Doctors insisted to take him to the specialty hospital. He is in ICU for the couple of years. We just poured the money like water.

My son used to get a call from the hospital. He couldn't balance both the work and personal life. He used to go by 10 in the morning to the office, within an hour he will ran to the hospital.

They shifted his father to the new hospital, doctors said that don't waste money on him. But his son don't want to leave any chance.

Her girl friend used to visit his hospital. She helped a lot in hospital formalities.

Another bad news hit him soon, He lost his job. He taken care fully on his father now. By the God's grace he is back to the life, but he is mentally illed.

Everything is fine now in the life of hospitalized father, but his son costed his career for his father's life. He never spoke much to his father before the accident, but he is alone care taker now.

He switched couple of jobs, but none of them make him settle down. Apart from this, his financial situation drags to abyss. He asked his girlfriend to return some of his money he lent to his friend. But that didn't work out. She couldn't help him.

But on one final day, she broke up with him. Reasons were not revealed. May they suspects that he is not capable to look after her.

Now he is running this business on his shoulders looking after his father.

He lost his career, he lost his love, and now leading this small broken business.

I never scold my husband, even he didn't allow to scold his father. A great son.

I took an iPhone, a refabricated one and spent around 8000 bucks for it.

I thought like I could run the show for 2 years at least. I have successfully completed one year without any hiccups.

So the average spend on my mobile is 4000 per year.

Calculated as 4000/12 = 333.33 rupees per month.

And when my friend took an Android mobile of around 16000, everything has been doubled. Whatever you can with your Android phone, it hardly spans for not more than 2 years.

So he spent 8000 per year and 666 rupees per month.

If phone has been bought at 32000, it is 1332 rupees which is equal to the interest to be earned from FD of 16000 for per year.

It is better if you buying the phone, make an equal amount to FD to cover your expense on phone.

This question pinched me in my mind.

Let's see some case studies on both sides.

Favours :
1. We often ignore the mistakes of our loved ones. Then it is not weak.
2. We do care more than ourselves, in turn loving them more than ourselves. So, it will never break easily.
3. Even we apart, we do think about them. So, it is never forgettable.

Against:
1. We will give them the love, but if they are not really worth, or not valuing our love. Then the relationship breaks.
2. How long the love stands if it is one-sided?

So the love is not fragile, if it is mutual. If not, it will not stand long. So, value the others love, to keep the relations.

I don't know wherever I go, I could find a reason to remember you. May be I still didn't forgot you.

I closed my eyes when you seeing me, as it is a sin.
I closed my heart when you near me, as it is already broken.

I was full dead when I can't own you. But I am finding you in every part of me. I am bearing your soul with my body.

These many days I am living like you, as you taught how to be.
These many people I have gained, as you taught what is love.

One fine day, you knocked me. I don't know, what I should do. Those old memories hit me bad.

As it is running, another story forming in my premises.

Some other one shared your memories, but she is bearing my soul in her body.

Now the you in me started loving me in some other one. I am seeing myself in new one, and the you in me trying to change her like you.

May be the love is getting passed through you to me and then to her. But in real, the bodies are their own bearing some other souls.

At last, the pain is shared among each other. And the real you is formed in all our souls to spread the love.

Love will never die...
My kadhal devathai.

But that doesn't mean we are not skilled and not a potential person.

I want to convey to two things here.

First thing is in life, we do mistakes because we don't know how to deal with the situation, some times it lead to the bad decision. And we learn something from those mistakes and we gain the experience. And if the same situation happens in his or others life, he can handle and guide them the way to the problem.

Second thing in work, we do not think more and often not find the way to come out of the problem in the program 's logic. It is the duty of the mentor to guide them and show the solution, but it should never be spoon feeding. The real thing is we need to kick start some thing, and in the way if we have the problems, we could seek the mentor' s help, but without the even try, one should not reach them, then you will never learn anything.

And the people in the higher level, should understand the fellows, there won't be Mr. Perfects or Miss. Perfects.

Inspired by - Self

The profession test engineer is cumbersome job, of course, I fall into the same category. Our job is to find the bugs in an application. When one want to convey the same, he/she should be careful in describing the missing gap against the requirement. As it should not never hurt them, after all it is a bug in the application designed by them, of course it happens, but it doesn't relate to inability (skill) of him. It is only misunderstanding of the requirements.

If this applies to the work life, the same should applies to the people around us too. One should not be finding defects in people. No one is perfect here. In personal life, people will follow their own beliefs and restricted to their own knowledge. And we are no-one to judge about their inability, as we don't know what they have gone through. It is always a good asset in one's in conveying without hurting them. This is the essential skill required in both the personal life and work life.

And we are the real risk finders and true speakerd, as we are the only in the team, who sees the negative side of the project or finds the risks ahead. And one should trust them instead of other teams.

It all depends, how one understands the meaning of the phrase, the way they read it.

It may be God is no where
Or God is now here.

So, if he is here now, how he should be? Whether he should have any form, no he doesn't. Because, the God should be everywhere and omni present. He shouldnt not any form and he is expanded in the whole universe.

God is now-here.

The first good thing started by joining hands with the "Orangeleaf" NGO. I am amused that this NGO run by the group of small kids which are not yet turned their age of 20. We have a plan to meet at the some orphanage by next month, but my fate thrown me to the Chennai.

Later I joined in the iVolunteer NGO in Chennai in 2012. My first involvement started with the hemophilia patients. I have collected a fine amount of money from my colleagues to fulfill their wishes. I have seen a bunch of happiness in the eyes of mother when I handed the pair of shoes to her child.

Then my present company, Tagit helped to run my own library in office and which helped me to donate the collected amount to NGO's. And it provoked so many of my colleagues to donate heartfully.

But I want to share one thing happened in the last year. That was the Diwali day celebrations in my office. We of team of 12 members won a few of competitions and prized with sum of INR 2000. And one of my team member, Kiran suri suggested that we could use this money for some social service. By the time, I am not fully involved in the social services. But he made a point that "I am the inspiration to get this idea" . I felt happy that the goodness shared has spread and effected some other lives too. Fortunately, that is the amount I used to help my colleagues who stuck during Chennai flood. And it changed my fate too.

Thanks to the Kiran suri. And my Diwali competition team.

I am telling about the human perception on understanding others.

Some people find interesting things or adore the external things, like men do attract the external beauty, some people attract to the money, but they should understand that these never stay long and these are not real attributes of human. So, the perception we are understanding about others is really bad.

And some others misunderstand the behavior of the people. Whatever we are, come as hereditary assets from our parents and the environment we have grown. If some one doesn't know the table manners, it will never be his mistake, because he never do it. Instead, we can educate and can turn them to the mannered person instead of having a negative feeling on them.

So, what one should understand the person and analyse the person carefully or else the real thing in him will never to be seen.

But I am here to pose a list of questions to test for the humanity.

1. What is the name of your office security guard sitting in the reception?

2. Have you ever told the good morning or smile at him?

3. What is the name of your friend's mom you used to hang up in the office break?

4. To whom you will give tip in the restaurant you ate?
To the person who served? Or Who cleaned the table?

5. How many kids does have to the person who were cleaning your desks daily?

6. How much you contributed from your earnings in an year?

7. Taking 2 friends to the restaurant spending INR 1000?
Calling 10 members to your home and cook same items?
Which one you opt?

Inspired by - self

It was the time of Newton, when there was a question why the object falls on the ground. Then he thought, surely there would a force from Earth to attract the object to make to fall on the ground.

Then what defines to make them bond together. Then he came up with the Newton first Law - Force of gravity.

As per the law, the force of attraction between the two bodies is directly proportional to the masses of their bodies and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
F = G( m1 * m2) /r^2

This also defines the attraction of moon and earth to bond together and also analogous to all the planets bounded within the solar system.

But for me, it also helped to find the force of attraction between the lovers.
Here we go...

Force of attraction between me and you.
F = G( m1 * m2) /r^2
F = 9.8 (60 * 58) / 0^2
Force of attraction = Infinity
The distance between me and you is Zero, as you always stay in heart.

Hence proved.

This is what makes the lovers bond together.
